Description
The Seaflo 750GPH Automatic Submersible Bilge Pump is a compact, all-in-one solution that activates automatically when water rises and shuts off once the bilge is clear. Features include an anti-fouling 5-blade impeller, easy-clean snap-off strainer, and 1m of 18AWG lead wire for easy installation. Ideal for hassle-free bilge water management.

Would this be suitable for use in a 200 x 200 x 200 sump pit at the bottom of a lift shaft in a home ? It would require very occasional use (if at all) so what battery would you recommend for this ? Many thanks, Rob

This may be suitable for your application. For a battery you could consider something like this

but be aware that battery will discharge and deteriorate over time. To overcome this you could connect battery to a trickel charger or alternatively connect the pump to a small 12V power supply.
