can these be used to swim at the beach ...would like to get into swimming but scared I might cramp in the deep and Im not a very strong swimmer ....but want to give it a go

This is more a marker buoy than a flotation device but you may be able to use it for your swimming activities. Please be aware that it is only listed as supporting 9Kg. You would also need a rope and possibly a velcro strap to attach the rope around your waist. Otherwise please consider UPC 21749 or M32313.
