I've opened the box and this mirror is fully adjustable so you can attach a mirror up to approx. 280mm in vertical height. This is approx as it depends on how wide the mirror is that you will be attaching to.

this item will have a 12 month warranty and if the strap broke due to fair wear we will replace it.
Return it to the Hamilton store for them to check and replace if necessary.
