Presumably one uses the sachet after a dump and with the tank refilled with clean water which one might need to slosh around by going for a brief drive?

Instuctions are to empty black holding tank, then close valve. Drop in one Black Tank Cleaner sachet into toilet and flush. Fill holding tank with water until sensors are completely covered. Let product sit in tank for 12 - 24 hours. Driving the vehicle not required but will aid the agitation and cleaning process.
