This 13cm knife is a good all-rounder for cutting up bait, filleting fish and is also very handy in the galley. Each blade is laser cut from German stainless steel, heat treated, quenched, sub-zeroed and double tempered for a superior edge that is tough, easy to sharpen and corrosion resistant. The blade is then fitted with a rubberised thermoplastic elastomer non-slip Pro Grip handle for comfort and safety.
