I am unsure of the size but its to fit a standard gas hose to a 3 burner stove. I have a UK caravan and am wanting to use the external gas connection on the caravan to connect to my bbq and gas burner. I already have the gas bayonet connection for the caravan but require the above connection so my female connector from either bbq or burner connects to it.

There is not a standard gas hose, but we have hose tails to fit 6mm, 8mm and 10mm internal hose size. They are available with (male pipe thread) MPT03 (1/8 BSPT), MPT06 (1/4BSPT) and MPT10 (3/8BSPT). You will have check this or bring you hose into a store to match up the thread.
You could also consider a quick coupling that would make changing from one appliance to the other a lot easier.
