Product Questions

Q.
Hi, I am looking to clean and refresh my fiberglass gelcoat on my yacht. Will the Grunt range be ok to use on the non slip sections of the deck as well. Regards Dave
Dave Capamagian / 26 Aug 2024, 10:00 pm
A.
Hi Dave, yes should be alright with regards to cleaning the oxidation on flat fibreglass surfaces and if the non slip sections are moulded into the fibreglass - only is not suitable for aluminium. If you have like a textured/grit non slip surface over the fibreglass, similar to a 'Kiwigrip' which has algae/mildew growth then you may be better off to scrub with a soapy water solution to remove.

A.
Emergel is good for removing oxidation from gelcoat. To remove stubborn blood stains you could try a Vinegar solution.
