Northwood, Christchurch - Saturday 21st June - Come and see portable power in action at our EcoFlow Demo Day! Join us from 9:30am to 12pm for a hands-on look at EcoFlow’s smart power stations, solar panels, and off-grid gear. Whether you’re into camping, RVing, or just keen to stay powered up anywhere, the EcoFlow expert will be on hand to answer questions and show you how it all works.

Got questions? We’ve got answers. We’ll be going live on our socials for a Q&A session with our in-house gear heads. Whether it’s fishing setups, safety on the water, setting up your off-grid system (and maybe even a sneak peek of some new product coming soon), bring your questions and get them sorted.

Let’s be honest, Mum deserves better than the same old prezzy (although we’re sure she would love it). This year, treat her to something new that she’ll not only like, but use as well. We’re thinking a new life jacket, or maybe a whistling kettle for that hot cuppa while relaxing in her new outdoor chair? Maybe she prefers chilling out on the beach and catching a feed, a new surfcaster would certainly come in handy!

We’ll be at the Hutchwilco Boat Show in Auckland with expert advice, the latest gear, epic deals, freebies and prizes up for grabs. Come visit us in Hall 2 at Stand 240. But if you can’t make it to the show don’t stress, the same great deals will be running in every Burnsco store and online too!

Mount Maunganui - Saturday 17th May - We are stoked to have the team from Off Road Caravans New Zealand in store. They’re bringing two of their epic caravans for you to check out and walk through (one is fully kitted out with ALL the Victron gear), firing up a free sausage sizzle, and are keen to discuss your off-grid requirements! With plenty of parking and some EPIC in-store deals on right now, come on down and see what it's all about!

Westhaven - Friday 23rd May - In conjunction with Legasea we bring you the Tradie Breakfast! From 7.30am-10am we invite any of our Trade Customers to come into store and enjoy some Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Hashbrowns and of course a cup of tea/coffee or juice, all to thank you for your continued support.

Saturday 24th May - Our Burnsco Expo is shifting up a gear and becoming your one-stop destination for expert advice, free spot checks, a quick bite, and plenty of helpful info. From free skin checks with the Melanoma New Zealand Spot Check Van (10am–2pm) to answering all your maintenance questions with the team from International Paints (8:30am–12:30pm), plus a midday LegaSea BBQ fundraiser, there’s something for everyone. You’ll also have the chance to chat with reps from Okuma, Daily Boat, Yacht Share, Harken, 36° Brokers, Westhaven Marina, and more, all ready to share their knowledge and answer your questions.

Manukau - Saturday 31st May - Join us at our Manukau store for expert advice, free skin checks, and plenty to see. Get a free skin check from the Melanoma New Zealand Spot Check van, learn how to target squid with Black Magic from 10am–2pm, and catch KayakSafe talks at 11am and 1pm. The Chase & Gather crew will also be in store from 10am-2pm so swing in and have a chat to them about spearfishing, fishing and diving, plus, we’ll have an RV on display for all those who are keen to learn more about the road tripping lifestyle!

Hamilton - Saturday 31st May - Join us for a day packed with expert advice, red hot deals and tasty seafood treats. From 10am to 2pm, chat with the specialists from EcoFlow and learn all about portable power solutions, get the inside scoops on how to use your sounder with Lowrance (10am-2pm) or maybe even find your new rod with the team from Okuma NZ.

We also have the legendary Captain Kai Moana food truck making the trip to Hamilton and will be on site from 11am-2pm and we have tee'd up an exciting off for you! Spend $10 or more in-store at Burnsco Hamilton and receive a FREE Mussel Fritter! T's & C's apply.

Westgate - Friday 6th June - As part of the Burnsco Expo 2025, don't miss our Guru Night at Burnsco Westgate where we have none other than Adam Clancey from Fishy Business! In conjunction with Okuma NZ, Adam will be having a chat about all his "Softbait Secrets" and getting the most out of your gear.

Join us instore from 6pm (event kicks off at 6.30) for some great insights, cold beverages, and expert softbait tips, plus exclusive in-store specials on the gear Adam swears by. With plenty of off-street parking, RSVP in-store or via our Facebook page!

Gulf Harbour - Saturday 7th June - Ready to kick into some winter maintenance? Well now is your chance to talk to the industry experts and get exactly what you need for the job at hand. Experts from Altex, International & West Systems will be in store ready to answer any of those maintenance questions. As well as this, we'll be firing the BBQ up for a FREE sausage sizzle! Don't hesitate, make sure you get down to Burnsco Gulf Harbour and take advantage of this opportunity to talk to the pro's and grab a snag while you're at it!

Albany - Thursday 12th June - We have another Guru night inbound, this time for you folks on the North Shore. Join us at Burnsco Albany on Thursday 12 June from 6.30pm as the team from Daiwa NZ talk to you about "Winter Hauraki Tactics". They will be sharing their top tips for catching fish in the Hauraki Gulf through the colder months. There’ll be free drinks and nibbles, plenty of giveaways, and free off-street parking. Whether you're chasing snapper in the shallows or hunting deeper haunts, you’ll come away with some great insight on how to catch more fish this winter. Plus, enjoy exclusive in-store specials on the night!

It's time to roll up our sleeves and show our coastlines a bit of love! The Burnsco Beach Clean Up is running nationwide from 29 May to 8 June, and we’re calling on everyone to lend a hand! On average, 314 litter items are found for every 1000m² of beach in New Zealand - that’s a shocking stat we can change together. Head to your local beach, clean up what you can, and snap a pic of your efforts (or your funniest find). Share it on social media and tag @burnsco_nz along with the hashtag #BurnscoBeachClean and go in the draw to win 1 of 5, $50 Burnsco vouchers!
