Description
High performance hydraulic steering system to suit boats with outboards up to 115hp. Upgrade your existing steering to hydraulic and feel the difference.
- For single engines up to 115hp, or max. 230hp for twin engines
- The kit includes: steering cylinder, front mount helm pump, 2 x 5m hydraulic hoses with factory crimped hose connectors, 2L steering fluid, oil fitting kit and all connections needed for installation
- Compatible outboard motors: Yamaha 2 Stroke (25-90hp), Yamaha 4 Stroke (20-115hp), Mercury 2 Stroke (25-60hp), Mercury 4 Stroke (20-115hp), Suzuki 2 Stroke (30-40hp), Suzuki 4 Stroke (30-115hp), Evinrude 4 Stroke (30-115hp), Tohatsu 4 stroke (15-115hp)
- Please note: this cylinder does not fit Honda outboards
- Outboard cylinder specs:
- Balanced cylinder - equal number of turns from port lock to starboard lock
- 316 stainless steel hard chrome plated piston rod
- 316 stainless steel support rod
- Anodised aluminum tube, tiller plate and support brackets
- Overall length: 538mm
- Overall depth: 121mm
- Helm unit specs:
- Ball bearing piston race
- Built-in lock valve to safeguard feedback from motor
- Integral relief valve to protect the steering system from excessive pressure
- Easily accessible seals for maintenance
- All mounting hardware and templates provided
- Helm dimensions: 80mm (dia) hole size needed
