Versatile alarmed cable lock that can be used in a variety of ways from securing valuables while transporting on trailer or roof racks to locking up generators, BBQ's and gas bottles at the campsite. When the 120dB motion activated alarm is activated heads will turn and perpetrators will flee.

If so can it be switched on and off by a thief? Or does it need a key (or other device) to switch off?
