Do the Thetford c262 model cassette toilets have a fuse to check please. I'm thinking its the fuse rather than the pump at this stage. There is no indicator lights working or pump.

It is normally the pump that siezes up - please search on youtube - there are a number of videos showing you how to free up the pump impeller.
