In New Zealand, north-facing panels get the most sun year-round. Even a small tilt toward the sun makes a meaningful difference to your daily output.
Match your cable gauge to your system amperage and keep runs as short as possible. Undersized wiring wastes power and creates heat.
For AGM batteries, try to stay above 50% charge. Lithium batteries handle deeper discharge but 20% is still the safe floor.
