As well as our 16 bricks and mortar stores, we have a thriving suite of Webstores with dedicated store fronts for B2C NZ, B2C AU and B2B NZ driven by a powerful Magento Commerce platform. A significant part of our strategy is growth of our online sales and improvement in customer experience. Due to our e-commerce expansion, we’re adding this new role of Webstore Co-ordinator. Supporting the E-Commerce Manager and with help and direction from our Product (Buying), Marketing and Design teams at Head Office, this person will be responsible for much of the day-to-day upkeep of our website. Daily tasks will include scheduling block management, creating landing pages, merchandising and optimising the site, processing pricing changes, adding and editing new products and other content, monitoring performance and spotting issues. You will triage problems and liaise with your manager, our internal IT specialists and external web agency to get them fixed fast. You will also ensure our brand and web guidelines are adhered to and users receive the same fantastic customer service experience they do in our stores.
This full time, Permanent role is based in our Webstore office in Mount Wellington but regular visits to our Head Office in Half Moon Bay Marina will also be required. Travelling against the travel flow and ample parking mean this is a comfortable commute for many.
