We're looking for a Webstore Assistant to join our Webstore team, based in Mount Wellington. This role is predominately work from home with the occasional day in the Webstore office. Your core hours will be Midday to 9pm, with some flexibility to change with mutual agreement.

About you:

You are a Passionate and Inspiring people person, ready to assist our team and customers with Integrity and Care. Our customer is our focus; you will be able to showcase your Entrepreneurial sales skills to provide extraordinary customer service and, along with our friendly team, be able to show Discipline in adopting our proven retail approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support and assistance, whether by phone, online chat, e-mail or any other channel
    required.
  • Assisting with development and maintenance of the website, including preparing, adding, editing and correcting product entries and other content, and keeping web content up to date and relevant.
  • Processing sales, and fulfil and dispatch webstore orders in a timely, accurate and secure manner.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and issues, return requests and exchanges in accordance with webstore
    procedures.
  • Where required, to assist with, load and maintain listings on, and process and fulfil sales through, other online
    channels (eg Trade Me)

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of boating, sailing, fishing and ideally motorhomes
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills, over the phone and in writing
  • Good attention to detail
  • Technologically competent
