Description

Rule Mate bilge pumps are fully automatic, using solid-state sensors to detect rising water levels - no separate float switch needed. As water builds up, the pump switches on, then shuts off once the bilge is cleared. Designed with an anti-fouling impeller, they also feature a rugged plastic casing and a quick-release strainer for fast maintenance. With zero power usage until activation and a low amp draw during operation, they’re ideal for protecting battery life.
Rule-Mate bilge pumps also feature intelligent programming that protects both the pump and your vessel. If the pump detects that it's running without moving water - due to blockages, air-locks, or sensor issues - it will automatically shut off and switch to a monitoring mode, checking for water every 2.5 minutes. Once normal conditions are restored, the pump resumes standard operation, activating at approximately 63.5mm of water and turning off at 16mm.
