Each product on our web site is displayed with an estimated delivery time. This is an estimate of the time it will take for the goods to reach you in New Zealand once your payment is confirmed.
Your product will be shipped by courier or freight company depending on your selection of goods. Consignment details will be emailed to you allowing you to track your order using the carrier’s website.

Please note that dates given for delivery are a best estimate and are given in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of the sale. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.
Burnsco Club: FREE Delivery on standard sized orders terms and conditions
- Free delivery is only eligible on orders where the total cart value, including any discounts given, is over $99.
- Free delivery only applies to orders containing standard sized items only. Orders that contain items that are larger than a shoebox or contain dangerous goods are not considered standard size and are therefore not eligible for free delivery.
- Orders that are being delivered to rural, or outer islands (including Waiheke Island) addresses are not eligible for free delivery.
- You must be logged in to your Burnsco Club account to receive free delivery.
