At Burnsco, we love our products, and we know our customers do too. We're here to help you make the most of our products, and guide you to buying the right product for your application. We want to ensure you understand the product you are using and stay safe while you are using it. All of our products are backed by a minimum 12 month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults and defects. If you ever have a problem with any of our products, we will do what we can to have it back to you as fast as possible.
Our warranty policy is one of the fairest in the market, and goes above and beyond the Consumers Guarantees Act. We cover any fault, defect or failure that has occured as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage and/or faults occuring as a result of an accident, wear and tear or misuse are not covered by warranty.
Wherever possible we will do our best to repair any fault back to factory standard and get it back to you at our cost. Where a repair is not possible, we will replace the product with the same or similar product. If replacing the the product is not possible, we will give you the option of a store credit, or a full refund.
A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If you made the purchase and used your Burnsco Club account, we can reprint your proof of purchase for you.
