 Keeping our staff and customers safe is our top priority. We are following Government guidelines and maintaining strict health and safety protocols to protect our staff and customers. 

See how you can shop at Burnsco under different alert levels.  

 

Level 4: 

Burnsco stores will remain closed at alert level 4 and Click-and-Collect is not available at level 4.  

However, you can still buy our products online. Essential goods are products you need to safely isolate at home. Things like fridges, stoves, toilets and sanitation products, heaters, generators, etc.  These can be fulfilled from within Auckland.

You can also place orders for non-essential goods and these will be fulfilled from our locations outside Auckland.  This may mean they take longer to reach you during level 4.    

All deliveries are made to your nominated address contactlessly by courier. 

 

Level 3: 

At alert level 3, all items are available to order online. You have two options to receive your goods: 

  • Contactless Delivery
  • Contactless Click-and-Collect from your chosen store

Stores will remain closed to the public with the exception of contactless Click-and-Collect at the store front.

Please ensure you are wearing a face covering when you come to store to collect your order. This is for your wellbeing and ours, and is legally required during level 3.

Photo ID is also required to be shown on collection.

 

Level 2: 

At alert level 2, our stores can open to customers with all products available.  You can also continue to order online, opting for:

  • Contactless Delivery, or
  • Click-and-Collect from your chosen store

Photo ID is always required to be shown by the person collecting an order.

During level 2, please ensure you wear a face covering when you come into store. This is legally required for you and for our staff during level 2.  We ask you to scan the QR Code and help yourself to hand sanitiser on entry.  Please don’t come shopping if you are unwell or required to self-isolate (or that applies to someone in your household). In this case, please make your purchases online or phone our friendly Customer Service or your local store for assistance.
