Click & Collect

Burnsco offers Click & Collect to all our customers via our online store. You can conveniently shop from the comfort of your home, motorhome, boat or bach and collect at a time that suits you from one of our 16 stores nationwide. 

How much does it cost?

At Burnsco, Click & Collect is 100% free. 

How does it work?

If all of the items you have put into your shopping cart are in stock at your store of choice, then your order will be eligible for Click & Collect.

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, select the checkout button and login as a Burnsco Club member or as a New Customer. You will be directed to the delivery options page where you will see an option for courier delivery or Click & Collect (see below):

Select Click & Collect, and type into the search bar or scroll to the store that you would like to collect from. You will be shown whether or not your store has the items available to be collected. Then select store address (see below):

If all the items are available, you can proceed through to the next step. If your selected store doesn't have all items available you can select a different store or select to have your order delivered direct to your address. 

If your selected store has the stock available for collection, you will be prompted to enter your name, billing address and phone number. Please ensure all your details are correct, especially your email address and mobile phone number as this is how we'll contact you to let you know your order is ready for collection.

You will then proceed through the checkout as normal. Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation via email.

How do I collect my order?

Your order will take 2-4 hours to be picked from the time of order confirmation. Once your order has been picked by our store staff you will receive an email confirmation saying your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive until you have received your email confirmation.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your order confirmation and a form of photo ID e.g Drivers Licence, 18+ Card, Gun License or Passport. If your order is greater than $500, please bring the credit card that was used to pay for the order as well.

I've changed my mind, what do I do?

Burnsco has a flexible exchange and refund policy, please contact us on 0800 10 20 40 as soon as possible and we can discuss your options with you.
