Description

When you want to catch a feed there is nothing better than the humble flasher rig. When it comes to quality Black Magic flasher rigs are right up there with the best!
Made using high quality monofilament trace and high quality Black Magic hooks these are designed to catch all manner of fish species including kahawai, trevally, gurnard, snapper and blue cod.
Pre-rigged, simply add a small cube of bait to each hook, sinker to the bottom, tie onto your main line and drop to the depths!
  • Ideal for deep or shallow water fishing
  • Great for use when surfcasting
  • Easy and simplistic for kids to use either on the wharf or from a boat
  • Quality monofilament trace
  • Quality Black Magic hooks and swivels
  • Leave the drag on and the fish hook themselves, the recurve design ensures most of the fish are hooked in the corner of the mouth, this results in a reliable hook placement that is easy to remove once you have the fish in your hand
  • Suitable for all fish species
  • Add a small triangle, cube or strip of bait to enhance their performance
  • Ensure the gape of the hook is not blocked with too much bait
  • For night fishing, expose the lumo beads to bright light for as long as possible to make them glow brighter for longer
  • For targeting bottom feeding fish, shorten the sinker section of the rig, getting the baits to sit on, or very close to, the bottom
  • Tarakihi rigs have 3 hooks, while the snapper and cod rigs have 2 hooks
