Am looking for a chilly bin to use with out camper to act as a second fridge and just wanting to know how long it will guarantee to keep things cool for.

We are assuming you mean the Ice Boxes and not the cushion? The ice boxes have this information in the description - Tough ice box that will hold salt ice for up to 5 days.

Do the ice boxes come with domes attached already or do you have to fix the domes to the ice boxes? If so do the cushions come with the domes and screws or rivets to attach them to the lid. Cheers

The Ice boxes don't come with domes. The cushions do usually come with domes and screws and need to be attached to the ice box separately.
