Just click on thsi 'CM' size button before you add the item to your basket. That will select the Child Medium sized vest.

What if you are an adult 67 kg but small chest circumference? do you buy an adult or childs? thanks

To work best these should be a nice tight/snug fit. If you can't get in to a store to try one on then decide based on the chest circumference measurements listed for each size.
