A single pack vinyl etching primer combining metal pre-treatment with the first coat of primer. Possessing anti-corrosive properties PA10 is an ideal primer for steel and aluminium surfaces above the waterline.

You haven't mentioned what type of water based paint, best bet is to contact the supplier Akzo Nobel on 09 828 3009 to talk to the technical staff to see if compatible.
