Does the awning track have to be straight, the reason I ask is that my one has a slight peak.
There may be approximately a 5cm variance from the highest to lowest.

No you should be ok. you can also cut gaps in the track to allow for any variance.

Hi, the last part of our track approx 300mm dips about 40mm, is this an issue? Also, some brands supply pads that go on the back of the bag to prevent marking the caravan wall, do you supply pads or something to secure the bag?

This awning will work best with a level track but will still function with a small drop.
No we don't have pads to put between the awning and your camper wall. If travelling with the awning attached we would also recommend track stoppers, part no 38240

Hi Mike. Its difficult to say regarding whether the dip in your track will be a problem, but this awning is 2900mm long, so if the straight part of your track is 2900mm long it should work for you. Yes we do have pads in packs of 8 which could work - please check 38389 on our website - theres limited stock - some in Mt Maunganui and a couple in Auckland

Hi there, we have an Elddis Riviera 482 and are looking at getting this Revo zip awning. Just wanting to check our rail track depth will work. It's about 10mm ..... Thanks for your help. Cheers Ange

Hi Angela and thanks for your enquiry
These zip awnings require a 6mm track, so may not be suitable for you, but you may want to re-measure your track width to get an exact measurement to confirm?

This will mount on many vehicles but it does need a flat/level awning track on the top edge of the vehicle side wall for the awning bag to slide into.
