Hi. Would this work on a Toyota Hiace van where door is within height range but then has the added fibreglass roof (as per Jucy condo campers?) Just unsure if it will still form a weather proof fit. Thanks.

It packs away into a nice little bag (supplied) just like a tent, approx dimensions 700x250x200 when packed.
Yes it is very easy to setup, there are lots of videos on YouTube showing 1 person setting up.

This item is 11.3kg, so not too heavy. It does come in a black duffle bag with strap handles and is 730mm long and 280mm in diameter when packed

The tailgater if similar to a poled tent in design, so this is the best comparison for use in windy conditions. There is not currently a video showing the setup of the Tailgater. thanks

I'm considering buying a footprint to go underneath. What size footprint / groundsheet should I purchase, that is, what is the actual size of the floor not the whole tent.

The floor size is approx 2.4Mx2.4M. The Tailgater that we sell comes complete with a clip in removeable floor so you shouldn't need to purchase an additional floor.

Are these waterproof?

Yes the tent, seams, windows etc are generally waterproof. As this tent fits a wide range of vehicles you might sometimes get water in the tent where it meets the vehicle or up through the removeable clip in floor.
