Hello, I'm looking for something which is not only saw and drill proof, but also bulk cutter proof. So im curious about the HRC Rating of the 304 Stainless steel construction & Hoop Extension.

This product is advertised as saw and drill resistant - not saw and drill proof.

The supplier advises that the HRC rating of this product is 11.

Yes, it should fit most trailer types.
