what do the sizes listed relate to , would the sizes be the inside diameter or outside diameter measurements.

I have a 12mm vent pipe will the 10mm fit and stretch over it?and how long are the pipes i probably need 2 meters

The hose comes off a roll, you select the length you want. It will likely be a bit small for a 12mm fitting
