Are these lights 'plug & play' style wiht a 5 pin water-proof connector?

As mentioned in Point 2 in the description - "0.5m hard-wired tinned cable per lamp". So there is a 1/2m lead coming from each light. thanks

Could you confirm for me: the plate “light” in this case - assume that is a transparent panel/light on just one of the lamps? Does the plate need to be beside, below or above the light? Or can you chose

The plate needs to be mounted below the right hand lamp which will have the directional indicator to the outside.
