How long is the hose for $1.49 the unit. Foot, metre, mm, furlong, league , yard or chain?

Are the sizes the inside or outside diameter. I need 10mm inside diameter tube so not sure of I need to order 10mm or 13mm tube.

Hoses are measured by the inner diameter, so you will require the 10mm, thanks.
