Description

The Shimano Tiagra series has been the bench mark for game reels for targeting pelagics such as Blue/Black and Striped Marlin, SBT, Yellowfin and Big Eye Tuna for many years. The Tiagra 80WA reel offers a 2 speed gear ratio, a higher speed of 2.5:1 when you need to get line back quickly, or low speed 1.3:1 for when the fish has gone deep and you need to grind. Constructed to withstand massive drag pressures and waterproofed to handle salt water spray, this will not let you down! The Shimano Status stand up game rod has proven itself time and time again, they are solidly built with a roller tip for a reduction in friction that can sometimes be caused by the guides. This is a bulletproof set up that will allow you to catch your fish of a lifetime!!
