Product Questions

Q.
We snap these about once a year - in other words they are very weak and understandably to snap a rowlock is potentially a coastguard call. Is there another option, ie a HDG option.?

A.
Thanks for your feedback - here is the response from the manufacturer.
We have had this system for 30 years and sell very few of these as spare parts so not a huge issue for us.
Possibly the customers rowlock block inserts may require changing as well as his rowlock may have undue play if they are worn which could cause them to
break.
We do not have another option available.
