Hi, can you please clarify what arrangement is considered vertical and horizontal. What I mean by that is that you could have the base sitting horizontally but the flick clip could be either horizontal or vertical in relation to the base but then turning the base 90 degrees does that mean the stay is a vertical or horizontal example. On this page is image 1 a vertical or horizontal? Many thanks for your help. Just wouldn't want to order the wrong one.

Vertical or horizontal refers to the mounting position.
Vertical stayput has the tongue pointing towards a mounting hole
Horizontal stayput has tongue at 90deg to the mounting holes
