Yes, suitable for deep water fishing. Cables are provided with the combo, you just have to get a 12v battery. If you purchase the braid, the fee to spool is $10. Cheers!

You will need a 12V battery and will depend on how you use/portability of the electric reel.
We don't have the battery as a combo deal but 10Ah lithium ion batteries are a popular choice.
