Description
Sika Primer 209D is a black, moisture curing low viscosity primer specifically formulated for the treatment of painted surfaces or plastics prior to the application of Sikaflex glazing adhesive.
- Used to improve adhesion for glazing products
- Suitable for application to paints such as acrylics, alkyds, melamine, powder coatings, baking varnishes.
- Solvent based black primer which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer
- Acts as a link between substrates and adhesives
- Suitable for application to plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate polystyrene, (PS), PES-GRP, EP-GRP, ABS, PVC, etc.
- Always seek the manufacturer's advice before using the primer on thermoplastics that are prone to stress cracking, such as acrylics, polycarbonates or ABS etc.
- Application temp : 5 - 40°C
